Last year I ran the most successful weight loss challenge in my VIP group yet!
I ran a very simple to follow 28-Day Challenge that focuses on cleaning up your diet and the basics that need to be in place to allow for effortless weight loss.
It was such a huge success with some members losing half a stone over the 28-days!

What Is The Challenge About?

This is not the same thing as my signature weight loss Eat Better Feel Better programme (which also works for weight loss but requires more commitment from you and me) which I run in February.
The 28-Day Total Body Clean Up Challenge is different – it’s a really snappy 28-day healthy reset. We will cover some really simple ways to clean up your diet and get yourself set for weight loss.
My 28 Day Challenge means you will be part of my amazing community where I will provided you with weekly clean up steps and Habit Tracking Success Sheets and recipes as we reset your metabolism week by week.
