Don’t miss out!


This is a tried and tested 4 week programme I have created that I know works! As a Nutritional Therapist I have years of experience and insights into what really helps people to feel better and lose weight.

I will hold your hand throughout the programme which is accessed through a private facebook group. You will receive daily content to follow (not too much, so it won’t be overwhelming!) and you will receive some recipes to help guide you and a live video to kick-start each week of the four week programme. There will be opportunities with further live videos in the week where you will be able to ask me questions and meet the other members and discuss any challenges and wins.

This group isn’t just aimed at weight loss, it is learning to instil healthy habits where everyone can enjoy the many benefits for longterm wellness.

    This is not a ‘fad diet’. It’s an education in how to keep your body healthy (through weightloss and nutrients) as you get older. I’ve done this programme before and what I needed it for the first time is different to what I need it for this time. Initially it was for weight loss and overall feeling healthy. This time I need nutritional support for hormonal changes, lack of energy and nutrients that my body is no longer storing in middle age. I want to do everything possible to avoid medical intervention and I know Evie has the science to help me do that. Can’t recommend it enough!

    I can’t recommend the Eat Better Feel Better programme enough. I didn’t want diet any more but really wanted to eat well, avoid UPF and hopefully lose some weight. There is so much conflicting information out there but Evie takes a realistic approach to eating that gives you a solid base for health but with room for the odd treat. I feel 10 years younger and have so much more energy. I never thought I could feel this good. Can’t wait for the January group to start!
